If you're looking for something less therapeutic but still very supportive, this may be just the thing for you.
Getting out in the fresh air, feeling free from walls, being able to breathe deeply as well as benefiting from some gentle exercise can prove to be very beneficial for our mental and physical health.
We so often forget to focus on our mental health and the impact that it has on our physical daily routines. On our 'Walk and Talk' sessions we can explore the benefits of mindfulness and learning to be 'present' in the 'here and now', we can also work on the different roads you can take to start your new journey in life.
After our initial free 30 minute introductory session (via Skype) we can arrange a day, time and meeting place to start our 'Walk and Talk' sessions.
£60 per session.
